2. Service Description

Gujarat.taxi provides intercity cab booking services across Gujarat. Our services include:

  • One-way cab bookings between cities
  • Round-trip cab services
  • Airport transfers with flight tracking
  • Fixed all-inclusive fares
  • WhatsApp-based booking and confirmation

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • Booking: Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp with driver details and fare breakdown.
  • Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup time. Cancellations within 2 hours may incur charges.
  • No-Show: If you don't show up at the pickup location, the full fare will be charged.
  • Rescheduling: You can reschedule your booking up to 2 hours before pickup at no additional cost.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Fixed Fares: All quoted fares are all-inclusive and include tolls, taxes, and driver allowances.
  • No Surge Pricing: Fares do not increase based on demand or time of booking.
  • Payment can be made online or directly to the driver.
  • Invoices and receipts are provided for all transactions.
  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during booking
  • Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time
  • Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
  • Not engage in illegal activities or violate traffic laws
  • Not damage the vehicle or its contents
  • Follow driver instructions for safety
  • Not consume alcohol or use drugs during the ride

7. Driver Conduct and Safety

All our drivers are verified, licensed, and trained. They are required to:

  • Maintain professional conduct at all times
  • Follow traffic rules and regulations
  • Ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness
  • Respect passenger privacy and dignity

If you experience any issues with a driver, please report it immediately via WhatsApp or email.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

Gujarat.taxi is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Pickup times will be exact (delays may occur due to traffic)
  • The service will meet all your expectations

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Passenger Belongings

Gujarat.taxi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the ride. Passengers are advised to keep valuables with them at all times. If you leave something in the vehicle, please contact us immediately.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Gujarat.taxi or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for illegal purposes
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten drivers or staff
  • Attempt to hack or gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Collect or track personal information of others
  • Engage in any form of discrimination or hate speech
  • Resell or redistribute our services

12. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, we encourage you to contact us first. If the issue cannot be resolved amicably, disputes will be governed by the laws of Gujarat, India, and resolved through arbitration or court proceedings as applicable.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gujarat.taxi shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
