Cancellation 2+ Hours Before Pickup
Full refund of the booking amount. No charges applied.
Cancellation 30 Minutes to 2 Hours Before Pickup
50% refund of the booking amount. 50% cancellation charge applies.
Cancellation Within 30 Minutes of Pickup
No refund. Full amount charged as the driver is already en route.
No-Show (Passenger Doesn't Appear)
No refund. Full amount charged as driver waited at pickup location.
2. How to Request a Refund
If you're eligible for a refund, follow these simple steps:
- Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference number
- Step 2: Provide the reason for cancellation
- Step 3: Our team will verify your eligibility and process the refund
- Step 4: Refund will be credited to your original payment method
3. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation. The time may vary depending on:
- Your bank or payment provider's processing time
- Whether the cancellation was made on a weekend or holiday
- The payment method used (online payment, wallet, etc.)
Note: In some cases, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you don't see the refund after 10 days, please contact us.
4. Payment Method Refunds
Refunds are credited based on your original payment method:
- Online Payment (Credit/Debit Card): Refund credited to your card account within 5-7 business days
- UPI Payment: Refund processed within 2-3 business days
- Net Banking: Refund processed within 5-7 business days
- Pay to Driver: Refund issued via bank transfer within 7-10 business days
- Wallet/App Credit: Refund credited instantly to your account
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
The following situations are non-refundable:
- Cancellation within 30 minutes of scheduled pickup time
- No-show (passenger doesn't appear at pickup location)
- Passenger requests to change destination after pickup (additional charges may apply)
- Passenger cancels due to personal reasons after driver has started traveling to pickup location
- Bookings cancelled due to passenger being intoxicated or violating conduct policy
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after the booking date
6. Special Circumstances
We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise. In the following cases, we may consider a refund or credit:
- Flight Delay/Cancellation: If your flight is delayed or cancelled, contact us immediately. We can reschedule your pickup at no extra charge or issue a refund.
- Driver No-Show: If our driver doesn't arrive within 15 minutes of scheduled pickup, you're eligible for a full refund.
- Service Issues: If you experience significant service issues (wrong route, unsafe driving, etc.), contact us for a refund or credit.
- Technical Errors: If there's a technical error in our booking system, we'll issue a refund or credit.
7. Refund Disputes
If you believe you're entitled to a refund but it hasn't been processed, or if you have a dispute:
- Contact us within 30 days of the booking date
- Provide your booking reference number and payment proof
- Explain the reason for the dispute in detail
- Our team will investigate and respond within 5-7 business days
8. Chargeback and Dispute Claims
If you file a chargeback or dispute claim with your bank without contacting us first, it may result in:
- Delay in refund processing
- Suspension of your account
- Additional charges or fees

9. Refund for Promotional Offers
If you used a promotional code or discount coupon:
- Refund will be calculated on the discounted amount
- Promotional credits are non-refundable
- If you cancel, the promotional code cannot be reused
